Tim
Teague, Metro Director |
| Tim
graduated from Bearden High School in 1976 and from
the University of Tennessee in 1980. After 5
years as a West High math teacher, he joined the
Young Life Staff in 1985. He has served as the
Area Director in Blount County for the past 17 years
and is widely regarded throughout the Young Life
world as a man of laughter and love. Tim and
his wife, Ginger, have two children. Drew is a
senior at Maryville HIgh School and Lindsay is a
junior at the University of Tennessee as well as a
famous Young Life leader at Farragut High School. email

Jim
Branch, Area Director |

Jim rejoined the
Young Life staff after spending the last 10 years
working at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
Jim and his lovely wife, Carol, have three kids, Tim
(14), Michelle (12), and Hunter (7). They
are new residents in the Powell community. Jim
is responsible for helping nurture the work in the
north, south and east parts of Knoxville.

Andrew
Huck, Area Director |
Andrew
is currently in his seventh year on Young Life staff
in Knoxville. He graduated from Farragut High
School in 1992, then attended Wake Forest
University, where he received a communications
degree in 1996. After graduation, Andrew moved
back to Knoxville to lead the Farragut team and has
been doing so ever since. He is married to
Emily Huck, who is also a member of the YL Staff,
and they are expecting their first child in March.

Huck, Field Staff |

Emily joined the
Young Life staff in the summer of 1998 after
graduating from Wake Forest University. She
spent her first four years helping start Urban Young
Life at Austin-East High School. Emily is now a
leader at Webb School and cares for the female leaders
on the west side of town. She and her husband,
Andrew, are awaiting the arrival of their first child
in March 2003.

Demetria
Neely, Field Staff |
| Though
she is new to the Knoxville office, she is neither
new to Knoxville nor Young Life. Demetria was
raised in Knoxville, was active in Young Life at
Webb School and went to Samford University.
She did her two year Young Life internship in
Morristown/ Jefferson City and has joined the
Knoxville staff to care for female leaders on the
east side. She is a leader on the Halls team
and helps out with Quest. email

Ryan
Clark, Intern |

Ryan Clark is in
his first year on staff with Young LIfe. He
has been a leader at Bearden High School for the
past 3 years with his wife Sharon. They both
have come to us froms Greensboro, NC and attended
the University of Tennessee. Before coming on
Young Life staff, Ryan worked three years in radio.

Kimberly
Christopher, Intern |
| Kimberly
was raised in San Antonio, TX and is a graduate of
Texas Christian University. She moved to
Knoxville to pursue a graduate degree in
speech-language pathology in 1997. She has
been a speech pathologist for the past three
years. Kimberly is a first year intern and
helps out with Quest. She and her husband
Shane are leaders at Karns High School. email

Ryon
Suiter, Field Staff |

Ryon is in his
third year on Young Life staff here in
Knoxville. He came on staff after graduating
from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
He has been a leader at Gibbs High School for just
over four years now. Ryon helps care for the
male leaders on the east side of town and is the
team leader for the Quest program (new leader
training).

Jackson, Urban Staff |

April is in her
second year on Young Life staff with the Urban
ministry. April is a graduate of Austin-East
High School and the Universtiy of Tennessee.
She brings a ton of experience in youth ministry, a
heart for Christ, and more rhythm than most of our
staff combined.

Arrington Thurman, Intern |
| Amy was
raised in Humboldt, TN, then attended the University
of Tennessee. After graduating from UT in 2000, she
joined the Young Life staff in 2001. She is
currently in her second year of her internship,
where she is the team leader at Central High School,
a leader on the Quest team, and helps care for the
female leaders on the east side. She is
married to Brian Thurman, also on Young Life staff.

Andy
Ogle, Intern |

Andy and his
wife, Olivia, live in Lenoir City where Andy is
heading up the development of YL in Loundon Co. He
is a Young Life leader at Lenoir City and Loudon
High Schools and oversees ministry at Greenback
High. Andy meets with a start-up committee,
cares for leaders in Loudon Co., and trains new
leaders in the Quest program, where there is the
hope and vision of Loudon Co. becoming its own
area.

Goodfellow, Area Administrator |
| Julie
is the Knoxville Area Administrator.
Originally from Chattanooga, Julie was involved with
Young Life in high school and then during her four
years at the University of Tennessee, she was a
volunteer YL leader at Farragut High School.
Julie graduated with a degree in Public Relations
and is in her fourth year on staff with Young Life. email
